At Trane Technologies, Emily leads strategic sustainability issues including Trane Technologies’ net-zero pathways, Science Based Targets, nature strategy, investor resources, partnerships and engagements, and internals & external councils. Previously at Trane Technologies, Emily led the supply chain sustainability program, successfully incorporating sustainability into sourcing practices, identifying environmental, social and governance risk within the supply chain, as well as enabling sustainable supplier partnerships. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental science from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Science degree in environmental sustainability from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Emily previously held sustainability management positions for Husqvarna Group, Time Warner Cable, and the U.S. Postal Service.
