Timothy (Tim) Anderson

Tim Anderson, P.E. serves as NCDOT Division Engineer for Division 13 that includes the western NC counties of Buncombe, Burke, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Rutherford and Yancey.

Tim has more than 20 years of maintenance and operations experience through his various roles in the department and has had the opportunity to work in three NCDOT Divisions.

He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from UNC Charlotte and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina.

Tim grew up in Burke County and has spent his career working to connect people and places in Western North Carolina
